Flyer – Stakeholder Meeting Oct 17 at Ambler (7-9pm)

I wish I could attend tonight; I only had short notice.
I live on Ambler Rd, where Honey Run/Stuart Creek goes underground.
Last summer, the floodwaters on the street in front of my house were 22″ deep; next door was deeper.
I got to measure water in my bsmt. only after it had subsided some; it was still 9″ deep.
Over the last few years, my neighbors on Ambler Rd and on Main St have lost 2 or 3 cars (totalled) and had horrific bsmt floods. The impact on our lives has been drastic – property losses, months of repairs and cleaning. I fear the structural damage to the foundations of our houses.
